Currently the 55-250 is the longest reach I have. I know I need more if I plan to continue shooting birds.

Put the food they like near a door or window you can shoot through, or find them in the woods near a place you can shoot from the car window. Camping grounds in the country with garbage cans are usually likely spots, when not a lot of people are around. Mitch- ____...^.^...____
