She's so beautiful! Such amazing light, focus, depth of field, and a wonderful backdrop.

My ONLY critique here, she's a bit blue. Maybe try to add some warmth and see how you like it :)

Thanks. Daddy was holding her up against a tree that just started to bloom. I think your right about adding warmth, Keniko. Ill go add some now :) It was a VERY overcast day. which was perfect !

how do you always get such beautiful color in your photos? is it post processing? please share, I can never get that gorgeous color and end up changing most of my photos to different processings...

honestly its all settings. the only thing I did to this photo was add a tiny bit of contrast and curves , since I shot in raw- i brought out the "blacks" a bit, and then sharpened a tad. not much at all... maybe took me 2 minutes

Lets see... this was an overcast morning around 9:30 ish.

My settings were:

SS: 1/320
Aperture: f/ 2.8
50mm 1.8 lens
ISO 200

a truly lovely capture
i really love the colors as well, springy and bright and such a cutie pie, too!
my daughter is 16 and sometimes won't smile in photos either lol
