Last saturday night, in a really small venue and with kick-ass opening bands (Crowbar was excellent).
It's my fist go at concerts, maybe you have some hints for me?
7D and sigma 70-200 2.8

knozz - I am familiar of the 1/focal length rule, but if i'd have sticked with that all my photos would have been either severely underexposed or shot at smaller focal lengths - the latter hardly appropriate as I was far back and up, among the light guys. Schrodinger's cat walked into a bar - and didn't.

It does. Even "H" (12800) is acceptable if you shoot raw, play with the file in lightroom and reduce it in size. Schrodinger's cat walked into a bar - and didn't.

La deuxieme aurait peut etre plus d'impact shootee en contreplonge, mais ca n'est que mon avis. Amener le 7D dans le pit, je n'aurais pas ose en tous cas ![]() English please?
