Daughter got her braces off today...

Lucy got her braces off today..they grow so fast...I took a quick picture of her as she wanted it with Bubba our dog...not the best picture but it is the FIRST one she let me take that she smiled in in YEARS...I'll take what I can get..the picture is sideways as I was using my 85mm...and it was the only way I could get both of them in the shot from the position I was in...this weekend she is actually going to let me take some nice photos :)

Becky....Mom to 5 kids ages 22-10...proud military mom and aunt!
Canon 60D, 28-135mm IS, 50mm 1.4, 85 mm 1.8, and Speedlight 430EX...and a few books.....

I am totally with you there. She didn't want to give me time to put my 50mm on there and wanted it taken with the 85mm. My preference was the 50mm myself and *no* angle at all as I am not an angle person.

Just looking forward to this weekend so she will let me take some outside shots.
