I don't like the 2nd or 4th processing.

So 1st or 3rd.

It would be nice if you brought out her eyes a bit more.

I like the 1st the best if you can pop the eyes a bit more. I am not good at it but sometimes I get lucky. I have PS Elements and I do the quick selection of just the eyes then auto sharpen and then adjust the lighting on just the eyes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't.

I have a Canon G9 that I am still slowly learning, feel free to give me an C/C you feel will help me :)

I like 1 & 3. I lightened her eyes up a bit in #1 and sharpened it slightly. I couldn't go too far since it's a low res photo.

here's my try, dodged the colored part of the eyes, slight curves adj, contrast adj, and usm on the eyes (which may be a little much for a low resolution photo).

3rd is my fav. agree with comments about the eyes being a bit too dark. Melissa's edit looks good, maybe a tad overdone on the eyes, not sure. Even if it is a tad overdone, and i'm not even sure that it is, I like it better than the original. Beautiful daughter, by the way.
