As per title, is it advisable? I got it a little sweaty today after shooting some sports.

Or one of the separate camera straps? If it's the bag, be very sure you've emptied all the pockets, including the back slim pocket and the one(s) in the flap. And if you're putting it into the washer, you might want to fasten the flap clips to the D rings on the back of the bag so they don't go banging against the drum as badly. Just use cool, not hot, water to minimize shrinkage (though even if it does shrink, it'll stretch back nicely) and wash a dark coloured bag separately from other laundry - the dye can wash out and discolour other things in the load.
