I've been trying out some new PP stuff. I really like the saturated look on flowers, I'd be interested to hear what anyone else thinks

the daffodils seem dwarfed by the sky. I kinda like the surreal look of the flowers though

Nice shot. Not my taste for the post work, but it was very well done - the flowers don't look too fake! ;)

Although it's easier said than done, I'd try and remove the trees in the background; that's the only thing I can think to change.

Its a good shot. If the background trees were gone it would be a great shot. Nice POV. I like the processing.

The trees were a problem, I couldn't find any angle in the garden where there wasn't some kind of unpleasant distraction in the background

Why not cut off half the sky so your flowers take up 2/3 of the frame and make it more clear what the focal point is. As it is, my eyes went to two different spots, although the flowers caught my eyes first due to the yellow colour.

That's not really what I was aiming for with this. I wanted a lot of sky in so the flowers are against it rather than being just a simple shot of flower heads which wouldn't really have worked for me.

i like it. i really like the contrast between the dark foliage and the blue sky. i don't mind the tree either. for me another tree on the other side would be perfection. good job.

Fair enough :) I actually like the shot, the colours POP and it would look nice in a kitchen framed.
