If it is used on a digital body, the camera cannot deliver the necessary information, so the flash does what it sees fit - give a full dump. Clive, and Great G/D Abbie

I followed the instructions below but have no 5D mode option. It goes through groups A through E than just goes back to A again. No 5d. Any ideas what is going on? Help! Grimlock wrote in post #12355267 You have to set it to 5D mode. It's in the instruction booklet. --------------- Turn off both 5DII and Pixel TX. Mount TX and turn both 5DII and TX on. Press SET 2 sec's to show "se gp A". Press SET 5 more times to show "se fn 5d". Press POWER to show "5d OFF". Press POWER again to toggle setting to "5d ON". Pause until TX comes ready - display should now include "5d" on the left. No setting required on the RX unit. --------------- Hope that helps.

They work great, and are very reliable, but have limitations. You might like to check the link in my signature before deciding. Clive, and Great G/D Abbie

Pixel Kings are compatible with the 5D III. Life has moved on... Clive, and Great G/D Abbie
