Tamrac's MX357 Tripod Boot

Has anyone ever tried one of these? It's one of their MAS products. A little pricey, but I could make good use of it IF it can be attached to a non-Tamrac bag. That's really my question; it's not clear how this attaches so has anyone every tried to affix it to a non-Tamrac bag?

well, that's the exact question I was looking to answer. I have a Calumet rolling bag that I would like to attach one of these or something similar.

Funny you should mention because that's EXACTLY the bag I'm planning to purchase. What do you think of it? For being half the price of the TT airport security, is at least half as good? I'd be curious to hear anything you can tell me about that bag as it doesn't seem to have ever been discussed here. Oh, BTW, my one apprehension is no dedicated tripod/umbrella bag!

For the price it is hard to beat. I have had it for a year, and my biggest issues are, it can be difficult to close (getting better as time goes by,) and the wheels are not the greatest. It tends to wobble.
I would definitely purchase it again though. I just hate spending big bucks on stuff that does not contribute to the quality of an image.
