I'm doing a shoot this weekend that I just found out about today. The subject is a female that's going to be in a boxing match and needs some "cool promo shots", from what information I have.

I just got an idea for a photo of the girl with boxing gloves on that when punching with the right hand, there will be an explosion of flame/ball of fire at the point of impact.

I have some experience with fire and shooting and I'm just looking around to see if anyone has any ideas to safely acheive this without just totally recreating flames in post.

Doing a composite would be an option though.

This sounds like a project for PS to me.
