ID Help Please

Saw this bird a few evenings ago while out for a walk. I couldn't get too close so the image is heavily cropped and thusly not that sharp and crisp. It looks like it has a grosbeaks beak, and the coloring suggests its a female, but I can't ID the bird. Any help in identifying this bird would be greatly appreciated.

I'd call this a female Brown-headed Cowbird.

Perhaps a female Blue Grosbeak

I thought Cowbird too initially, but it seemed to have too much of a greenish coloring. But Cowbird does make sense though. The funny (embarrassing) thing is, I grew up on a farm and still live on a small farm. We've had tons of Cowbirds around all the time. This one stumped me :o
