Black Eyed Peas - ARCO Arena 4/7/10

This was the fourth time seeing the Peas in concert and it was awesome! The wife and I commented that there wasn't as much pushing and shoving in the GA area near the stage as in other concerts...hmmm.

I was able to get some "descent" pics with my SD850 IS, but after seeing them it just made me want to have shot the concert with my 5D. I did the best I could with LR to reduce the noise, but anything over iso 400 made for some really noisy pics.

Yes, noisy, but great captures. And I think they're wonderful. Great concerts don't come often. And the costumes look uncomfortable, but for the money, I bet she doesn't mind. :)

I don't mind the noise at all. Did you do some noise reduction on these shots? I ask because there is a bit of plastic skin going on that I find not so fine. On photo # 2 I would crop tighter and eliminate the piece of Fergie that is seen on the left side. Including her partial body doesn't add to the shot and does distract.
