2 flies and a spider from the backyard(ID's appreciated)

I'm not experienced in macro and am learning what all these critters are named. Any ID's and CC would be greatly appreciated.

These first 2 are crane flies I believe.

I have no idea what fly this is.

These are the same spider. I know they aren't good pictures, but it was so small I almost missed it. I had no idea how colorful it was until I blew it up on the computer. Any guesses on the ID? I really like the black and red.

Lovely series.
Yes first 2 shots - a cranefly.
#3 is a Muscid fly probably Coenosia species.
No idea on the spider apart from it's a male (large pedipalps like boxing gloves).
