I have a few friends who are drag queens and active in the fundraising community, so I pitch in and help them by volunteering some photography to help their causes. It takes village to raise a queen and I do my part... : ) To that end, I'm doing a shoot this afternoon, shooting one queen dressed as "Klinger" from MASH for a Don't Ask, Don't Tell rally. The second shoot is Glam Drag for the Aids LifeCycle fundraiser, and will feature two of my absolute favorite queens in Southern California. I'll post the pics with their permission. Should be a hoot! They are the most fun this 52 year old wife and Grandmother will have this week. Anybody else out there doing stuff a little off the wall today?

My friend is very photogenic, I bring my full bag with me to his house every time I go. turns out, he may do this, so I think, eventually, I will be branching out into this area (I also am a strong supporter of LGBTQ equality, so I may find my niche there)

That sounds like a very nice thing to do and I would really love to see Klinger!
