You will need to upload your images to a host site first. A couple of the more popular image host sites, which are free btw, are Photobucket.com and Flickr.com.
Upload your images to one of those then post the URL to the image in your message body.
I don't know about flickr, but photobucket provided the links so all you need do is copy and paste the appropriate link into your message.

If you use a image host that does not provide the links you can just copy the Image URL and click the "Insert Image" Icon on the toolbar of the text editor. It will be the one that look like this >>

HTTP response: NOT FOUND | MIME changed to 'text/html'

, Then just paste the URL into the line provided and click OK.
