Hello guys,

Today I was using my Alien Bees for the second time and I would like to know if I'm doing good with them... I'm getting use to work with this lighting so I'm still in the beginning of the learning curve. ;). I used a large soft-box to my left and a light in the back of the kitchen pointing up to give some ambient light behind him. C&C are welcome... thanks!

You are going to have to explain that distinct shadow that is on his neck just below the jaw.

One of your primary sources of light is coming from a strange direction.

Oh I remember that... and I forgot to erase it... it's not light, it's makeup.

In #1 the light appears to be working. I might remove the lines emanating from his head and shoulder.
