Sat in the back garden yesterday, getting some early spring sun and realised I should have my camera with me as we have a lot of birds around at the moment. I grabbed the 7D and put on the 70-200 and waited. Finally, my mate Robin turned up. He is quite tame so I can get quite close, as you will see. There is only a slight crop on this. My settings are weird as I was trying to get blue tits in flight, coming out of their nestbox. ISO 800, 1/1000 and F7.1.

The lighting is harsh, but it's beautifully framed and perfectly posed. I would probably lighten some of the shadow areas a touch.
