Going on vacation to disney world with a stop at cape canaveral next month and I'm looking for a the smallest camera bag possible that will fit my gear. Anyone know if my XS(non-gripped) and 55-250 will fit in the 4MDH? Even just 2 of my 3 lenses would be fine. My thought is that I would bring the 18-55 & nifty fifty to most of the parks and the 18-55/55-250 combo to Nasa and animal kingdom.

I have the 3MDH, which is one size down. I just tested it and can pretty easily fit my non-gripped XSi with 55-250 mounted and 50/1.8. I didn't dig out the 18-55 but that might have been pretty tight with the 55-250 (no chance of fitting all 3 in my bag). So stepping up one size I think you should be fine to fit any two of your lenses comfortably.

Cool. Thanks for checking the 3mdh for me. I ordered a 4mdh from amazon today so I'll find out later this week if it all fits. If not, I'll return it and move up to the 5. I'll report back once it arrives in case anyone else is interested.

XS...two lenses yes but 3 doubt it...even with that small of camera. Check my review on the Smuggler which is the same size.

Well, my 4MDH arrived today and I really like the bag. Small size that doesn't look much like a 'traditional' camera bag which is exactly what I was looking for. All three lenses will fit but barely. I don't think I'll plan on carrying them all at once but that is fine. I wasn't planning on that anyway. I'll post some pics tomorrow of the bag to show how everything fits.

How did you fit everything in? I just picked up a 3mdh and could barely get my T1i (with 18-55 attached) and 50mm in. I put the camera, lens down, in first, and then layered the velcro pad over the LCD, then the 50mm on top of that. I could close the bag, but it was tight.

I have a large M-Rock bag/sling to hold everything; I just want a smaller bag to carry an extra lens. My regular messenger bag is a little too flimsy for protection.

The XS with one extra lens is perfect for this bag. A third lens will fit but makes the bag a bit less usable because it makes it harder to get everything in and out. Even one as small as the 50. But with any of my three lenses attached, a second will fit without issue.

The best way to make it fit is to put the 50mm down in the bottom next to the mounted lens. You can use the velcro divider to make a little pocket for it to go into against the side of the bag.
