While we're on the subject of the Zeiss 35mm f/2 and the 5D classic, here's one of my own shots with the 35mm f/2 and 5D classic. That bus has been on my finance's parent's property for at least 15 years...

Wow...I just took a stroll through the Sigma 150 macro thread....that lens is sharp as heck...

Hmmmmmmm....

its supposed to be one of sigmas best lens. ive had 2 sigmas that wernt worth the effort that went into buying them. both had focus issues. im sure they are great provided you can get a good copy the first time around.

Couple more years and they will probably have to let the kids leave since they'll be considered adults... ;)

We are adults living the parents, weathering out the atrocious housing prices in Calgary, Canada. Average home here's $465,000. You can buy a trailer in a trailer park for $140,000. Not as bad as Vancouver but it's still pretty nasty.

no you translate just fine into Canadian, lol. :D Not quite sure what happened there to sean.

@ Sean......This is completely off topic but there are a lot of things I would give up if someone said I could get a decent home for 465K, lol. Want a decent house in lower-mainland BC.... your looking at 850K. Anything below that is a old timer rancher thats really needs tearing down. Heck my parents house in Surrey is 1mil easy. Housing is ridiculous in Vancouver. Heck this city is just plain EXPENSIVE.

Vancouver really is no place to be someone that is "starting out". I bet we rival or have exceeded the living cots of cities like NYC and LA at this point.

you exceed. I loved my visit to Canada last year. We went to Montreal and Quebec city. I was blown away at housing prices. I think the same thing thing that hit the USA housing industry will happen up there as well. That bubble has to burst--hang tight you can get in then.

I love canada. Simply a photographers dream come true. And the canadian people are awesome as well.
