Wow Mike they look great! Very attractive young model.

I thought senor portraits are usually done outside? (We Canadians don't really do senior portraits).

Just got my 5D back from Canon for mirror fix & sensor cleaning. 5 day turnaround time was fast! :)

did it manually in lightroom with the color checker and i shot custom white balance as well. color look a little orangish,,i think. but it does seem a tad off. gonna do another test print with my lab. moniter has been calibrated twice in the past week.

Gotcha.

You know you can use the color checker software with any color card? It's a free download IIRC.

From here, she does look a little warm and maybe a tad oversaturated as well.

I think I'd back off the saturation first and see what that does. I popped the shot of her with the color checker into my CS4 but the jpg makes it hard to get a clear reading on RGB values on the grey squares.

Overall, it was showing a little more R than G or B...

Lovely young lady btw. Well done studio session!
