Gotcha.

You know you can use the color checker software with any color card? It's a free download IIRC.

Do you have a link to this software? Searching color checker software provides way too many likely candidates. :)

O Rly?!?

I assumed the whole point of getting the complete package was becaue they've QC'd the color chips to be accurate.

ie, Red is exactly 255,0,0 .. Green is exactly 0,255,0 etc...

That's how I've always understood that color charts like this are used. Clients want exactly a specific color call out (Pantone...) and not "eh, that's close enough for government work..."

Didn't know you could mix and match pieces parts.

Geno, I can't believe you just set the camera on that shelf and the shots come out that good. Must be a very smooth train ride. :)

Welded track, mag lev train. :) I'm kidding... Not mag lev but we do have welded track. Those exposures aren't that long, maybe a second or two at most.

Figured I'd give food photography a try today but thought I'd start at the bottom end to try and break in. :)

We shall see. I have one sitting at the end of the couch. I figured prom would be a good reason to buy one. I'm trying to make that require as little PP as possible.

Hi everyone! I rarely have time to stop by these days, but wanted to participate in the start of yet another thread. :) Here's a photo from our recent trip to Stockholm (Sweden):

Not a picture from a 5D, but rather a picture of a 5D. LOL.
