ISO6400 trick:

IMAGE NOT FOUND
IMAGE IS A REDIRECT OR MISSING!
HTTP response: 404 | MIME changed to 'text/html' | Byte size: ZERO


(-2EV under exposed ISO1600, +2EV in raw converter).

Still quite nice result.

I think im falling in love @ 5D classic :)

It wouldn't be difficult for Canon to raise the max ISO to 6400 in a firmware release. If it's usable perhaps they should?

Do you think they'll start a new thread, or let this one run on to 99,999?


5D & 7D (both gripped), 24-105L, 100-400L, 15-85, 50 f1.8, Tamron 28-75, Sigma 12-24, G10, EX-Z55 & U/W housing, A1+10 lenses, tripods, lighting gear, etc. etc.

Is that technically how it works? For every stop down, you get another double in ISO? So at ISO3200 -2EV is ISO12800?

In before #5.
