Sharon's post inspired me to find some of my waxwing photos.

These are from about 2 weeks ago. About 30 to 40 of them went from bush to bush in my yard devouring berries.

My lens was too narrow to get them all in frame for this one.

That's a lot of waxwings, I only had about 10-12 of them show up. I'd be happy if these birds were here all year long, they're certainly interesting to watch. Nicely done Bk

All nice n sharp with good exposure, The last one is funny, I wish we had so many around.

I believe they are migrating north currently but hopefully I will get a few more shots before they're gone.

Good collection of images here. I like the exposure and sharpness. I just wish that hte tails were cut off all of the birds in the close-ups.

Agreed, the framing isn't good at all. The birds were moving fast and I was shooting quickly. Unfortunately framing wasn't on my mind. Hopefully next time I'll do better.
