Trying to figure out a good layout for my Vertex 200 now that I've got a 150-500. In looking through the "Show Me Your Bag" thread, I noticed that several of you put your flash in the bag without it's pouch and folded to 90 degrees. My concern with that was the flash breaking. Anyone ever had this happen - the flash breaking in the bag, especially when flying?

I almost always store my flashes in 90 degree positions so i can stack them flashes one over another to fill up something like a square. Takes less length compared to stacking 2 in their upwards position.
