I love timbuk2 bags, and was thinking of putting some sort of padding sleeve into one as a sort of convertible camera bag. Just wondering if anyone has embarked on something like this before?

There are a couple cool looking inserts for $25.00 =/- on eBay. Don't have link but you can search camera bag insert!
