Ok I am going to have all of this to put in a backpack. I have a micro trekker now that is just going to be too small that I will be selling,

I will have my T1i
50mm 1.8
70-200 f/4l
11-16
18-55 kit lens

And will eventually be adding a 100-400l

I need a back pack that will hold everything but the kit lens and the 100-400l, but the kit lens fitting would be nice.

Also, a tripod that is not cheap, and junk, but one that is a good deal and will hold securely everything I listed above?

you'll probably want to list your realistic budget on each or you may get some very expensive suggestions

Oh yea, that is true. I won't spend more than $100 on a bag, and on a tripod, I would like to stay under $150, the cheaper the better, I need to get some filters too :)

I also do not have a flash but was considering picking up a used one from here and checking ebay for bags, I just need a bag that is a bit bigger than what I have right now, I have a Micro Trekker 100

Lowepro Microtrekker would do it I reckon. You can fit a surprising amount of gear in them.

Also, not so well known, but Giotto's make excellent tripods for the price, price:quality, I'd say they destroy the cheaper Manfrotto's.
