The pony was not one of her presents. She has 2 hyper-extended knees - the last one at a horse show about 2 weeks ago.
She had an MRI Tuesday and we'll find out the results on Monday.
Of course, that doesn't stop her from riding. I have to lift her into and out of the saddle, but she went cross-country riding today.

Bob, I'd consider cloning out the fence in the background. This is a really nice shot.

Roger,

My Photoshop skills are close to non-existent, but I may give it a try and thanks for the comment.

I love it! Wishing her the best regarding her knees. Hope it isn't too serious and she heals well.

That image sent a chill down my spine...
You should reconsider what rider/show style she uses if any.

She needs time off and full rehab.
After that, biking, Romanian dead lifts, leg press, and eventually squats, no lunges or yoga.
By doing weight lifting she should be able to reduce the tendency of hyper-mobility.
Also see "relaxin, joint injuries", and avoid high risk sports when levels peak each month.

That's no small injury and she needs to stop her previous behavior or she will end up will two trashed knees. No sport is worth that.
She can still fully recover, but if she continues to dislocates it she will never fully recover.

Sorry to say this, but she needs to stay away from riding those horses for at least 6 months, and perhaps longer.
One fall or bad dismount is all it will take.

You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away and know when to run
You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table
There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealing's done

She is under the care of some of the best orthopaedic surgeons in the country, so we'll continue following their instructions rather than seeking advice from anonymous internet sources.

Riding with two injured knees?
Time will validate my advice.
Best of luck.
