Shots of my niece....let me if the colors are wrong or too saturated. I am working with the new monitor and it has the ability to auto adjust colors and brightness for me on the fly depending if I am looking at pictures or whether or not my room light is on.

With lighting, I am using a single strobe bouncing off the ceiling on my right using an off camera shoe cord (flash on the tripod). Exposed to the ambient light with -2 stops (gives me enough shutter speed to freeze motion blur). Over powering the ambient light with my flash, 430ex. Flash power set to manual, is either 1/16 or 1/32 power. Window lighting was coming from my left.
