I got one of these as a present (well... I may have slipped someone a hint or two... ;)) and it suits me quite well. It's simple, holds more gear than I generally care to carry in a shoulder bag and it helped me convince my better half that camera accessories really don't cost an arm and a leg like everyone says.

lol that is funny. My bday is coming up and my wife asked for a list of things I might want for my bdya so put some strobist items on the list and she was surprised that they were reasonably priced and not an arm and a let too.

I've been looking for a lens bag - similar in functionality to a Shootsac; thin, lightweight, not bulky, sorta wraps around your hip. But I can't accept the disproportionate price.

This looks like it would do the job and remain looking clandestine and stealthy. I want to have a total of three lenses with me, one mounted and two in the bag. Will this fit a 35L, 85mm 1.8 and 135L?

Also, will that front pocket fit an iPad?

Put an iPad in a front or rear pocket of anything and it won't wrap nicely. Looked at the Domke F802 or F803?

Yes, it'll fit the 3 lenses. No, it can't fit the ipad unless you want to use it as a dedicated ipad carrier with non-photographic stuff.

Ya its actually pretty big for its size. I dunno if that made any sense at all? I can fit my t2i gripped with 24-105L attatched, 70-200L f/4IS, 85 1.8, and 580ex II in the bag. It still is not too bulky either. I can stand one more lens on top of the 85 1.8 as well.
