Yeah. unfortunately the subject is very blurry. If it were less blurry I may like it, but I do like the crop and colors.

Even if the birds weren't blurry, they're still to tiny in the frame to show any detail.

But I do like the image as a B&W nature abstract, works well that way.

My first thought was wishing they were sharp. But sitting with it its growing on me. But still occasionally irritates that they are blurry. The background is perfect perfect.

I understand that you might want it sharp, if you are looking for a documentary shot. But be assured, this is NOT a documentary shot of birds...

It is part of a series and the best description might be "emotional landscape"... it absolutely lives from the blurred birds. The foreground has, imho, a very pleasing pattern of waves, light and color and the birds are a metaphorical hint. Glance well beyond the objet and get in touch with emotions.
