Hey all,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of an alternative to the Boda bag v3?

It's kinda pricey at $200. The shootsac is not alternative for me.

IF you know of an alternative bag that serves the same function (active lens changing) please post.

Or if you somehow think that this bag is worth the $230 you pay (with waist strap) Chime in. (Don't you think the darn $200 bag should come with a waist strap?

V3 bag is awesome. is it worth what I paid? I think so, especially for what i will be using and the way I will be using. Check out my blog for a mini review of the bag... and i paid "LESS" then $200.

I had the previous gen Boda and sold it for a Crumpler 6 MDH and find the latter suits my needs much more. Couldn't handle having a bag that wouldn't hold my camera body those few times I need it to.

I also find the Crumplers easier to work out of quickly. I know some people who adore the Boda though so YMMV :)

Thanks for the input. I went out and bought one. Waiting for it to come in.

I'll test it out on a wedding next month, and if it works, great! If not, there'll be one for sale here shortly.
