First Time HDR - C&C Please

Hey guys, I always wanted to try HDR but never got around to it.. Here are a few shots I did in downtown Raleigh, NC. Any tips would be appreciated.. I have no idea how to remove the motion blur with the flag.. I am using Photomatix.
