I did a trial long exposure shot last night with the 5dc and 24-70L .
(Did a bit of LIGHTROOM post processing).

More info | Apr 17, 2010 21:09 | #2 One option is to clean it up a little more so that any light from the windows, doorways and any light washing on the structure could be cloned out so that the silhouette portion is completely dark (leaving the golden tree and the ground around it, plus the curb/path as they are). You have a nice L-shaped points of interest, starting with the moon, the planet (venus?) silhouette of the telegraph poles as the fulcrum, and the tree. What happens if lighten the photo by about 1/3 to 1/2 exposure?

Apr 17, 2010 21:56 | #3 Thanks for the comment. If I lighten it up a bit, it overexpose the highlight on the leaves. The leaves on the tree are directly below the street lamp post .
