I only recently became serious about photography (Jan. of this year). Here is my little man, he is 4 days old.    My posing skills are terrible on this one and it shows well. Also I had a hard time getting the arm tone to match the face.
Don't worry, your gear is MUCH better than mine.

The third shot is nice as well with the arms framing the face, the only thing I think i would have like to see different in that one would be move back just a bit so the top of the head was not cut off, other than that very cool shots.

I dream of being able to produce images that leaves one speechless as I often find myself. Don't worry, your gear is MUCH better than mine.
