I am attempting to improve my composition skills as well as my post skills..... needless to say I still have a long way to go!! I only recently became serious about photography (Jan. of this year). Here is my little man, he is 4 days old.

My posing skills are terrible on this one and it shows well. Also I had a hard time getting the arm tone to match the face.

I really like the second shot. The third shot is nice as well with the arms framing the face, the only thing I think i would have like to see different in that one would be move back just a bit so the top of the head was not cut off, other than that very cool shots.

I quite like #2, and #3 is quite funny. If i would do anything i would try to get a rim light on the head.

Than you!! Yes I started in January. I have been reading, and watching videos like a mad man. I also am amazed by all the incredible photos posted here and on flickr. I dream of being able to produce images that leaves one speechless as I often find myself.
