So, while we're talking about Corn.....My wife is from Tianjin China, she buys canned corn (not creamed) and mixes it about 60/40 with pine nuts and lightly saute's it up in peanut oil...Ya'll should try it....it's DE-licious.

So, I will be on The Hood Canal this weekend, leaving in about an hour, no computer, no cell signal....Won't be back until Monday afternoon....I either have to pass on judging or wait until Monday night.....Whata ya'll think...Can someone take my place.....Sorry, this was last minute, like this morning my boss invited me.......:(
