Needless to say how great this forum is. However, it took me a couple days before deciding to start posting my work.

Very new to photography, I am trying all at once. My goal is to find my own style.

This what I got so far....

Wilson, for a first timer these are great! Looks like you have the basics down. Gotta agree on the blurring though, a little too much. In time you'll find that nitch and look for those little things, like how her pendant needs to be fixed in the second one. :)

I used to blur a lot of my images when I started PP. That was just one of the ways I'd over process my shots....had a habit of going overkill. I was the Tim Taylor of PP.

Love the shots though! As it was mentioned, as a beginner, you're doing great! I'm looking forward to your future posts.

I totally agree with what people have been saying, great start n i can tell you will get much much better! sometimes its best to leave photos untouched except for the sometimes obvious touch ups here n there. You defs got the lighting and general composition down.

Thank you all for your comments. I will keep shooting and posting....

I did noticed an increased attention to small details after a couple of weeks. I am spotting things like the pendant position faster than before.

I will try to keep my PP as close to natural as possible.
