While shooting a recent wedding, I came across this handsome little boy with a wonderful smile. I only had a split second, so I quickly got down low and flipped my 580EXII to bounce off the wall directly behind me inside the dark ballroom. I just love the way he's looking at the camera.

sidenote....that wedding had some amazing lighting in the back...what was that??...uplights?

Thank you very much! Yes, he was definitely a hit at the reception. And yes, those were uplights that the couple rented for the ballroom. The lights really gave the room a nice feel!

Here are a couple pics that should give you an idea of the lighting. The uplights definitely gave the ballroom a certain look, so I did my best to keep the overall feel in the shots.
