It does. A lot of folks have this lens for the 5d mkII, and have gotten fantastic results.

Canon itself is the only company that makes lenses that do not fit all their cameras (the EF-S line). All third part lenses, regardless of being designed for crop or full frame, WILL fit on full frame cameras.

But for a designed for reference...

Canon FF: EF Crop: EF-S
Sigma FF: DG Crop: DC
Tamron FF: Di Crop: Di II
Tokina... not sure and too lazy to search for it

Never had a Tokina lens that didn't mount to every Canon I've owned in the past (5Dc, 40D, 1D III) so I think it's pretty safe to say they are good-to-go on most, if not all formats. Some lenses do not perform as well on FF though (or even x1.3) such the 10-17 diagonal FE and 11-16mm 2.8 -- mostly the wider end of the focal range.

5D markII + sigma 50 f/1.4 nice combo for everyday shooting. perfect balance for a big 50 lens especially when your 5D2 is gripped.

besides, its the one that is always attached on my 5D2.

Tokina uses the "DX" designation for lenses that have a smaller image circle. But like Tamron's Dii and Sigma's DC, they should mount fine on full-frame bodies.

Yes it does.
The Sigma 30mm is only for crop.
