Roller Derby in Ithaca

Hey guys, i think this is the first time i've posted images in the sports section? anyhow, i had the opportunity to enjoy a roller derby bout this past weekend and wanted to share a couple shots from it.

what a great time! my fiance just joined a local team so i will certainly be going to be going to more of these bouts, so hopefully my skills will only be improving in this realm..

Thats what happens when the WB isnt right, you turn it to BW

yeah, which is especially difficult with multiple WB's

i also like to go b&w when the color isn't adding anything anyway, or even worse - distracting from the image.
