7D Custom Function Settings for Sport

a. Sport like football where there is a lot of unpredictable movement and action
b. Sport like athletics where athlete is basically running in straight line towards you

Assuming Al Servo is used:
1. What C.Fn III Autofocus/Drive settings do you change (from 0 default) if any?
2. Do you use slow, medium or fast tracking sensitivity?
3. Do you use Single Point, Zone or AF Point Expansion?

What type of sports do you use these settings for and do you get reliable results?
