window mount isn't cutting it

Wonder if anyone has come up with a stable shooting platform they can use for shooting video out of the drivers side car/truck window?

I shoot in areas that seem to have a lot of windy days ... and window mounts vibrate in the wind causing picture jitters.

Even a good mount can give you some vibration. I have heard of people running their tires half flat to smooth it out. If you are looking for perfectly still shots you may have to go with a Gyro stabled lens. very nice pictures and very $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
