Here's a few shots from today, I have to say I'm dissappointed with them, I made the mistake of buying a cheapy skylight filter for my zoom and they're nowhere near as clear as they ought to be :(

Nice pics i heard rumors that a typhoon nearly crashed and had to abort it's display, any pics of that. Love the stitched A10 that gun on the front is awsome.

Been out today and bought myself a proper hoya UV filter, unfortunately for my bank account the little shop i use has a S/H 75-300 IS so I'm going back tomorrow ;)

Don't do it.....keep saving for a 100-400L. You won't regret it.....promise..:D

Good job, it would be nice to see some of that hardware at US shows. I have to say though, just so no to filters. That's what the lense hood is for. Never used them, never will.

I second that. I have the 75-300 IS and although it's not bad, unless you get it really cheap then sell it for what you bought it for, I'd save for the L. That's what I'm doing, will sell the 75-300 when I get within striking distance to get the 100-400mm L (or 400mm prime or 300mm prime, as yet not totally decided.) The results from both are night and day.
