Odd, and now there are 4 POTN SEUK clubs! :| I might email the editor and ask her to sort it out. In the meantime, I'll add your shot to the main group.

Don't forget to add your shot to here: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=895665 so it can be voted for.

Cool, thanks, Mike. I e-mailed all the e-mail addresses on that site a long time ago, no replies at all.

just a quick one - I notice there's no submission date in August, this a "everyones on holiday" thing or a typo? I'm guessing the former?

Well the September submission is early rather than late, so im guessing the August one is just pushed back by 1-2 weeks rather than skipping a month.

The DSLR User submission date is 6th August for the Wildlife round, it is just coincidence I think.

The next round is SPORT so we all need to start thinking about that.

Maybe try and get some sports outside of the mainstream too?

damn, I really need to sort out my Wildlife pic, and clearly I have a whole bunch of Sport images to think about, rather than go for a killer bike shot, perhaps I'll pick something more obscure

Hmmm, I wonder if the sports category will be subject to certain venues use restrictions, have some good F1 pitlane images :/

Well, a killer bike shot will probably beat an OK shot of a more obscure sport still. I think that your motorsports shots are probably your strongest (as well as football but I guess you can't enter those into competitions?)

And don't forget to get a wildlife shot in! ;)

It is possible...although you'll need to find out from the venues I guess.

I quite like your pommel horse shot on your website but that Bike shot is great.

Rich, I know you want to put a bike shot in but I think the gymnastic doing the floor jump looking up is the dogs mate! so unique.

I really like uniqueness of this, but I'm not sure it's technically good enough.
