Sarah Jane and Emmett Wayne

Sarah is 29 and in stage 4 breast cancer. Emmett is her 3 month old son. Sarah was diagnosed when she was 24 weeks pregnant with Emmett.
She can no longer hold him due to pain, so she nestles him.
