I took this with my kit lens reversed and handheld to the body. I really need to get that adapter! My only nitpick is that I wish the whole body was in focus, but I'm still very pleased with the result. Enjoy!

pretty good for a handheld shot - a side shot would have been nice to see it's legs but I actually quite like the flowers being so OOF.

Thank you. I just like the nice bokeh and the clarity of the beetle's head. Wish you all could see the real file. It is much clearer than this one. I have it as my background on my computer, and you can each individual head hair.

You can always link to the original one - I do that with some of mine - post the resized version but also set a link to the full sized.
