Don't know where you can get one of those here in the US, but this one (external link), together with a t-ring, should be very nearly the same.

I think I'd rather pay a bit more for the Astro Engineering one simply because it has the step in the barrel. That's too close to an expensive "oops" moment for me.

Typing eos 2" adapter into Google comes up with lots of US options.

I don't find any through Google that have the undercut barrel, except the one cracker65 found - and it could cost you more than "a bit" more to have that one shipped to the US. No shipping costs on their website for customers outside the UK, just a note to contact them.
