I like the concept of number 2 with the leading lines but would have rather seen the person in focus and the ledge leading up OOF, or shot stopped down so everything was in focus.

I like the pose for #1 but the in-focus fence behind detracts. Agree with spikey on #2. It helps if you put your equipment in your signature so people have an idea what they were shot with. Assuming that it's a DSLR you could have used a wider aperture and defocused the distracting background in #1 and foreground in #2.
