Ahh.. I just posted this in the critique corner as well. Didn't realize there was this thread on logos. FWIW, I'm watermarking at this point mostly for Facebook, and to get my name 'out there'. With that said, I Would love to hear thoughts on my watermark. I have spent sooo much time working on this and trying to come up with something I like. Now that it's done (thought it was), I'm wondering if the tree should have been skipped and just kept it simple? Also, what about "photography". I am not 100% sold on the font and no capitals, and am wondering if I should have moved it to the left more instead of it being right-justified? UGH.. Too many options!

Any thoughts would be highly appreciated! I'm so tired of obsessing over it, and want to be 'done' with it! ;) Thank you in advance.

But this is very recognizable logo for people related to what I do :))

I want to change that logo asap.... it was temporary logo and it's gonna be like 3 years so far :)

Well a few of fellow photographers wanted a business card of mines but I haven't created one yet so here's my first crack at it. It's not set in stones yet but wanted to know what you guys think.

Thanks,

Not solely for photography, hence no mention of it. A simple logo for my design/photo/video website which is under development.

I actually like the logo, but I would definitely lose the drop shadows, and I'd probably lose the top and bottom planes - it would really clean things up.

Looks good except the hubris inside the RJ - what is that and why is it there?

Looks good but I'd probably lose the square or cut down its height to make it a rectangle so that it goes with the SD card feel.

I agree. Dropping the top and bottom planes would clean things up and still retain the feel of the logo.

A few tryouts resulted in this simple little thing. Now I just want to find a nice place to print them at. :)

This was the winning design set from my 99designs logo request. I'm rebranding from Shadow Catcher Studio to Studio Watkins. Feedback appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike
