Lightroom 2.6 not on 'open' menu

When I go to an image and clk 'open with', the menu shows CS4, Windows Picture, and every other possible file, except Lightroom. "Choose Program" also will not show Lightroom.
I can open LR and import a picture, and can drag a picture into LR when on screen, but not from the 'open with menu'.
Anyone know how to get LR onto te 'open with' menu?

Once you have clicked on 'Choose default program', you should then be able to 'Browse' for the application.
Find Lightroom in the Adobe folder (of the program files list).
Expand the folders until you can select the Lr icon named Lightroom.

In addition to using the Browse option and navigating to the application you want, you can also add a small hack to the Windows Registry that will create an option to open files in Lightroom.

For example from Explorer in Windows 7, I can invoke the context menu by right-clicking and I've added options to open files in several of the image applications I use regularly.
